Bridget Blount

Deputy, Chief Executive Officer

What was your first job, and what did it teach you about yourself?

My first job was a cashier at the Roost Lake Trout in Northwest Baltimore. I learned many things working at the Roost such as the importance of hard work and being a team player. But most importantly I learned that being kind and genuinely caring about the people you serve helps to build trust and life-changing relationships.
