Camila Calero (she/her/ella) is a passionate advocate for Baltimore's youth, committed to creating equity and opportunities. Camila collaborates with various organizations serving Latinx students, including Adelante Latina and SOMOS. She understands the profound impact these organizations can have on shaping a young person's path. She was particularly moved by Baltimore Promise's Youth Grantmakers community initiative, where she saw the transformative power of Baltimore's Promise on the city's youth. This inspired her to join the Community Advisory Board, where she knew she could represent young people in major decision-making. 

Camila is excited to work with new people and learn about different perspectives.
