Baltimore City Youth Data Hub Wins Final Approval

After years of planning and coordination, the Baltimore City Youth Data Hub will soon begin operations, creating a dynamic new system to share data among public and private partners to better understand outcomes for Baltimore’s young people. A final step came in April when the Maryland General Assembly passed legislation to establish the Data Hub and authorize data-sharing between the partners, including Baltimore City Schools, Baltimore City government and Baltimore’s Promise. We are proud of our role in envisioning and developing the Data Hub, and we look forward to working collaboratively in the years ahead to use data to better serve our young people.
